On your wedding day, I’ll be there to craft elegant, bespoke illustrations of your guests – capturing the joy, charm, and magic of the moment in real time.
Live doodle portraits add a sophisticated and interactive touch to your event, offering not only captivating entertainment but also timeless keepsakes your guests will be delighted to take home.
Unlike a traditional photobooth, live illustrations bring a personal, artistic twist – offering the unique opportunity to include loved ones or beloved pets who may not be able to attend, so their presence can still be felt and celebrated.


Step 1: Confirm your event details
Before you book me for your event, please confirm the total number of guests, event date, and location – this will help us figure out how many hours you could book me for.
Step 2: Choose the number of hours
Each portrait only takes 2-3 minutes to complete. Please choose the coverage time based on the number of guests (minimum two hours):
2 hours (~40-60 portraits)
3 hours (~60-90 portraits)
4 hours (~90-120 portraits)
5 hours (~120-150 portraits)
6 hours (~150-180 portraits)
Depending on your schedule, doodle times may be split into multiple sessions throughout your event.
Step 3: Customize your doodle template
Designing a custom template is a great way to create a unique keepsake for your guests that’s tailored to you! The design can reflect your event theme.

FAQs
How does the drawing process work?
All portraits will be drawn live in a black and white doodle style (2-3 minutes each). Guests will pose in front of me in pairs or small groups while I capture the essence of their features. The final result is a cute, whimsical doodle of your guests, ready to be taken home!
How far do you travel and are there any extra fees?
I'm based in Toronto, Canada! All bookings located within 40 km of North York (Finch Station) will not have additional travel fees. If there are any fees for parking on-site, I will send you an invoice afterwards. If your venue is located beyond 40 km of North York, travel fees will be charged at $1/km (each way). If your event is located outside of Ontario, contact me for custom quotes on travel fees! I’m happy to discuss custom package options based on your specific needs.
How does the booking process work?
It’s simple! First, let me know your event date, venue location, and estimated total number of guests. Then, we can book a quick 30 minute call to briefly go over your schedule. Once I get a better idea of what you’re looking for, I can send over a custom quote (including any travel fees, if applicable). If you’re happy with your quote, I will send over a digital contract for you to sign. When you’re ready to book, I will require 50% deposit and then your date will be officially saved in my calendar!
What's included in the pricing packages?
All doodle packages include a complementary custom doodle template, as well as a live doodle portrait of the bride and groom for wedding bookings. Bookings start at a minimum of 2 hours. Please fill out the inquiry form below and I will email you with the latest Pricing Guide.
